Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content that supports marketing campaigns, promotions, and internal communications across multiple departments, including gaming, hospitality, golf, and retail. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing original artwork while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. The designer will work closely with internal teams, manage several projects simultaneously, and coordinate with vendors to prepare materials for both digital and print production. The ideal candidate will be innovative, collaborative, and skilled in creating compelling designs under tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and advertising production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail in layout, typography, and color.
• Ability to juggle multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines.

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Associate's degree in Graphic Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with a variety of printing techniques (offset, digital, silk-screen).
• Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations for sizing and layout accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive materials with discretion.
