Pay: $80 - $90 p/hr

The Salesforce developer will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing Salesforce applications by writing Apex code, utilizing tools like Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, to create scalable, secure solutions that meet specific business requirements, often collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into tailored Salesforce functionalities.

Key responsibilities are:

• Custom development: Designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules to optimize CRM processes.
• Apex coding: Writing Apex code to implement complex business logic, triggers, and custom functionalities within the Salesforce platform.
• Lightning development (LWC): Creating user interfaces using Lightning components for a modern and responsive user experience.
• Integration with third-party systems: Integrating Salesforce with external applications and services using APIs to streamline data flow.
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Testing and quality assurance: Thoroughly testing custom applications to ensure functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Deployment and maintenance: Managing the deployment process of Salesforce customizations and providing ongoing maintenance and support.

Required skills (5+ years experience in):

• Proficient in Apex programming language
• Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and functionalities
• Understanding of data management and data manipulation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Salesforce development tools like Force.com IDE and deployment tools
• Familiarity with Copado
• nCino knowledge a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Salesforce Developer certification preferred
• Proven experience in Salesforce development projects
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts
