Job Summary:

Join a small group of local engineers, designers, and manufacturers at their Oregon facility – all part of a larger international company. Very stable and long-term career opportunity. You will be the Lead Mechanical Engineer. Working on designing and engineering mechanical engineering projects with structural and hydraulic components and moving parts. Heavy-duty industrial machines.

This is a hands-on engineering role, with team lead responsible for some of the day-to-day duties of the team. Help map-out projects, timelines, and costs. Work with internal and external customers. Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and reports

Required Experience:

• 4+ years Mechanical Engineering experience working in a structural engineering / manufacturing environment.
• Experience designing and engineering mechanical and steel structures
• Experience creating 2D drawings, and 3D Modeling
• SiemensNX preferred Design/Modeling software (will learn this if you haven't already used it). Let us know what other mechanical design and engineering software you have used.
• Mechanical Hydraulics experience for industrial, agricultural, or mining machines.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics
• Heavy Vehicle industry experience
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Any Electrical Engineering work for larger industrial moving machines (automotive, agricultural, or mining preferred)
