Job Description: AI Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect with extensive expertise in Microsoft, Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies. This critical role involves leading technical projects and automation initiatives within the organization. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies to design scalable and innovative solutions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align data architecture with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise applications utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and Azure, ensuring governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and translate their needs into technical requirements, providing best practice guidance.
• Create and develop applications with Copilot and Power Apps and automate workflows via Power Automate.
• Utilize Azure services to build intelligent solutions, while staying updated on technological advancements.
• Mentor teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, focusing on software development best practices.

• Proficiency in AI, machine learning, and relevant programming languages, alongside experience with Azure and Microsoft products.
• Strong background in software development with familiarity in data integration tools.
• 8 to 10 years in development, with at least 3 years focused on architecting complex Microsoft solutions and cloud architectures.
• Experience managing end-to-end automation projects (development and planning)
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies being highly desirable.

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Developer, Azure AI Engineer, and Solutions Architect.
• Databricks experience
