Essential Job Duties:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of software applications and solutions with focus on performance, scalability, stability, and security.
• Present new code designs and architecture patterns to peers as part of our overall code quality process. This includes in both documentation and prototype form.
• Support software development projects from start to finish balancing work from multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead and document the technical evaluation of new product enhancements including the benefits and risks.
• Support other developers and manage project timelines and expectations.
• Lead code and framework related advancement within the team while defining and holding other team members accountable for best coding practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis of critical situations and make plans for preventing recurrences while injecting stability within the platform.
• Mentor developers and architects to help increase a level of understanding and ability in related technologies, methodologies, integrations, and solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or other related disciplines, Master's Preferred
• 2+ years of experience architecting web-based solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform
• 9+ years of .NET experience with a focus in web development
• 7+ years professional experience supporting one or more SaaS products in a production environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:

• Displays a mastery of full stack development
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Knockout, and React
• Experience with migrating legacy codebase to modern frameworks
• Capable of working autonomously
