Job Description: IT Administrator

Seeking a skilled IT Administrator to design, configure, monitor, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves managing network performance, overseeing server maintenance, providing hardware and software support, and troubleshooting issues. The IT Administrator will collaborate with various departments to implement technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers in Windows and Linux environments.

• Collaborate with vendors on server and application outages.

• Administer Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex services for end-user support.

• Support the development of collaboration strategies and best practices.

• Configure and troubleshoot business applications, including Office 365 and third-party tools.

• Address support tickets for MS Teams, Webex, and VTC.

• Maintain VMware and Azure servers and manage application updates.

• Administer Microsoft Exchange and 365 environments and manage Azure Intune for workstations.

• Maintain network services like Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

• Document workflows and collaborate with consultants regarding network services.

• Stay updated on industry trends and assist Technology staff as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education

• 3-5 years of IT and consulting experience.

• Proficiency in technical documentation, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and PowerShell.

• Experience managing small IT projects and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
