Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : $60-65/hr W2

Job Description : A skilled Java Software Developer with atleast 5-6 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. Possesses strong expertise in modern software development practices and is proficient in a wide range of technologies for developing web-based and cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills :

• Strong communication skills
• Programming & Frameworks: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for backend development.
• Frontend Development: Experienced in building dynamic web applications using React and/or Angular.
• APIs: Skilled in designing and developing REST APIs for seamless communication between services.

Bonus/Soft Skills :

• Continuous Integration & Deployment: Skilled in using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions for automating build and deployment pipelines.
• Cloud Services: Proficient in GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, BigQuery) for deploying and managing scalable applications.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker for containerizing applications and Kubernetes (GKE) for container orchestration and managing microservices.
• Database Management: Proficient in PostgreSQL for relational database management and PostGIS for geospatial data storage and analysis.
• Microservices & Architecture: Familiar with microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and designing systems that are scalable and maintainable.
• Monitoring & Performance: Experience with Google Cloud Operations Suite, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack for monitoring application performance and logs.
• Data Analysis & Location Intelligence: Knowledge of using geospatial tools and libraries, such as PostGIS, for integrating and analyzing location-based data.
