Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned Network Architect with a primary focus on Arista networking to sustain, manage, and support advanced, high-performance datacenter operations. The role emphasizes expertise in firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) , HPC environments , and cloud automation while aligning with broader networking initiatives to enable seamless global collaboration.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Arista Networking: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Arista switching and routing solutions, a primary focus of the role.
• Datacenter Management and HPC Support: Proven ability to sustain and support datacenter operations, including high-performance computing (HPC) environments, focusing on optimization and reliability.
• Cloud Automation and Rocky Linux Management: Proficiency with tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform for cloud automation, along with experience managing Rocky Linux-based cloud environments.
• Firewall Expertise: Advanced skills in managing and optimizing Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls to ensure secure, high-performance network operations.
• Routing and Protocol Proficiency: Deep understanding of advanced routing protocols, including eBGP, iBGP, and OSPF, for efficient and scalable network solutions.

• Knowledge of SDN and Microsegmentation: Familiarity with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) principles and microsegmentation to enhance network scalability and security.
• Hybrid Cloud and Containerization Experience: Experience working with hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex network initiatives while managing resources effectively.
• Adaptability and Strategic Thinking: A self-starter with resilience, capable of adapting to changing priorities and designing solutions with a big-picture perspective.
• Collaborative Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical experts, project managers, senior leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
