Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in data visualization, advanced analytics, and communication, working closely with business and IT leadership to deliver impactful solutions. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional SQL skills, including expertise in windowed functions and performance tuning.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including modeling, performance optimization, visualization design, Power Query, and DAX.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business and IT leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in senior-level roles.
• Self-starter attitude with a proven ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure (including Azure Data Factory).
• Mature personality with exceptional character, integrity, and ethics.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Team player with experience collaborating across disciplines and cultures.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.
• Strong sense of urgency, capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
