ACE and/or Apigee API/Web Services Developer

Long-term Contract: $40-$48 per hour

Our client is in search of an ACE and/or Apigee API Developer to join their team on a long-term contract. The enterprise data and integration services that provide data, functionality, and processes from legacy and modern systems for others to consume

Responsibilities:

• Develop APIs to meet the organization's needs for customer data.
• Work on a cross-functional agile SCRUM team to deliver customer master data management capabilities to the organization.
• Works closely with the API Solutions Architect and ACE development and support staff, as a major contributor to the success of the system.
• procedures that impact the use of APIs, Swagger, WSDL, and XSD.
• Automate and set up build pipelines and deployments.

Required Skills:

• Experience with development of APIs / webservices on ESB and API management platforms. IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and Apigee Edge platforms a plus.
• Working knowledge of REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, XSLT, API security policies (OAuth, JWT, JWE, and HMAC), and relational databases.
• Experience with both ACE and Apigee is preferred but one or the other is acceptable
