Position: ArcGIS Developer

Salary: $80K-$100K upon full-time hire

We are seeking a highly skilled ArcGIS Developer to join our team, specializing in geo-coding, imagery analysis, and spatial data visualization for energy sector clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and energy company clients to optimize GIS applications, ensure accurate mapping, and support critical infrastructure projects.

• Develop and optimize ArcGIS applications for geo-coding, imagery analysis, and spatial data processing.

• Integrate GIS solutions with Jira for documentation and ticketing.

• Work directly with energy sector clients to understand and translate mapping needs into GIS solutions.

• Utilize ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise to manage, analyze, and present spatial data.

• Support mapping workflows for energy infrastructure, including pipelines, utilities, and gas lines.

• Manage geospatial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Provide recommendations on ArcGIS credit consumption and licensing strategies.

• Document workflows, troubleshoot GIS issues, and optimize processes within an enterprise environment.

• Ensure GIS applications meet regulatory and operational requirements in the oil & gas / energy sector.

• 2+ years of experience as an ArcGIS Developer or GIS Analyst.

• Strong experience in geo-coding, imagery analysis, and spatial data processing.

• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related GIS tools.

• Familiarity with Jira or other documentation/ticketing systems.

• Experience working with energy, utilities, or oil & gas companies (preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex spatial data.

• Must be able to work within the company's GIS environment (company-issued laptop & phone preferred).

• Ability to present GIS data in clear, actionable visualizations for clients and stakeholders.

• Prior experience working with pipelines, gas lines, or energy infrastructure mapping.

• Understanding of GIS credit consumption and ArcGIS software licensing.

• Portfolio showcasing previous GIS projects and spatial data solutions.
