Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst I to join our client's Application Quality and Business Support team. In this junior-level role, you will play a crucial part in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are deployed to end-users. You will also provide business support to manage issues found in production, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute UAT test plans for complex software applications.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define UAT objectives and scope.
• Create and maintain UAT test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Write SQL scripts and use Postman to identify test data and validate test cases.
• Work with technology, product management, and business teams to incorporate UAT into the agile development process.
• Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues during UAT.
• Support the resolution of production issues to minimize downtime and impact on end-users.
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive issue log and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of software application architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
