Workday Trainer - Entry Level

Position Title: Workday Training Leader

ConsultNet is seeking a highly qualified Workday Training Leader to design and implement a comprehensive training and learning program for a key initiative. This role will focus on equipping entry-level analysts with broad functional knowledge of Workday, ensuring they are prepared to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Workday training and learning program tailored for entry-level analysts, fostering foundational and advanced knowledge of Workday functionalities.
• Conduct research to identify and incorporate relevant courses and programs that align with current Workday trends and release updates, ensuring the curriculum remains up-to-date.
• Facilitate training sessions, delivering material effectively and ensuring participants thoroughly understand the content.
• Evaluate participants' performance through testing and assessments to validate their understanding and readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, building, and executing training programs.
• At least 5 years of experience working with technology software or products, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent experience facilitating Workday Training OR experience using Workday Platform a plus
