Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves managing project financials, allocating resources, and supervising field teams to maintain high performance standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, resolving challenges, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in managing water, wastewater, or industrial projects, and experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and team development. Proficiency in project management tools and excellent communication skills are essential.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years' experience managing the construction of multi-million-dollar water, wastewater or industrial related plants.
• Demonstrated experience in the water, wastewater, or industrial contracting arena
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as the use of the internet and scheduling software
• Ability to adhere to budgets and schedules

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills and proven leadership ability
• Must have good communications and analytical skills
• 4-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience
