Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 / Salary Target: $120K - $140K

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a JD Edwards (JDE) Business Analyst to support all of the functions within our clients' plant at Spartanburg, SC. They will be the 'boots on the ground' and 'jack of all trades' person in the group. This includes but is not limited to supporting Materials, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Logistics. While this sounds daunting, this person will be supported by the rest of the team! This person needs to be a good communicator and hungry to learn about all the systems these departments need to do their jobs. They will not have to know all the technical details but need to have a general understanding of each system and who to contact for something outside of their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, documentation, and validation of business requirements to deliver effective solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering sessions and document comprehensive business requirement specifications.
• Manage functional and technical specifications, assessing the impact of changes on business processes.
• Provide production support by developing artifacts and assisting the support team with necessary resources and documentation.
• Track and document current and future state business processes across multiple functional areas (Materials, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, HR, Logistics).
• Collaborate in defining test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure system accuracy.
• Review and develop user training materials, project-related policies, and procedures.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business processes and systems within your area of expertise.
• Serve as the liaison between the business and IT teams.
• Provide ongoing support for system improvements and assist with project management tasks.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficiency in web-based applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

• Industry certifications such as IIBA, ITIL, CBAP, CCAB.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
• Experience in business analytics and system design analysis.
• Advanced customer service skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
