Customer Service Rep - Payroll

ConsultNet Harrison, NY (Onsite) Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Systems Specialist to support and manage the Payroll module of nVision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll systems and a strong understanding of pay structures, deductions, and tax implications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to ensure accurate payroll processing and effective support for internal stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Payroll module within nVision, ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations and processing.
  • Interpret and apply pay scales, deductions, and tax regulations to employee paychecks.
  • Manage payroll data entry and updates, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide customer support by addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving system issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other business functions.
  • Perform system audits and reconcile payroll data to maintain integrity and prevent discrepancies.
  • Train and assist end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of the payroll system.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll systems, preferably nVision or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, and deduction management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for managing payroll data.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and payroll regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
