AI Developer

Job Description:

As a Mid-Level AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and algorithms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that drive business value and improve user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and products.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to prepare datasets for training AI models.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines and infrastructure for continuous integration and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
• Debug and resolve issues related to AI models and systems in production.
• Document AI models, processes, and methodologies for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in AI development or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and analysis using tools such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning techniques and architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and transformers.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Machine Learning Experience
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), code review, and testing.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
