Customer Service Rep - HRIS

ConsultNet Harrison, NY (Onsite) Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting the HR module of nVision. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling HR systems, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth onboarding and updating of employee records. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and customer-focused experience to effectively support our HR department and employee lifecycle processes.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HR module within nVision, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee records.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating with HR teams to collect and input required employee data.
  • Analyze and manage HR data sets to maintain system integrity and compliance.
  • Provide customer support to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HR system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement system updates, troubleshoot errors, and optimize workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Deliver training and guidance to end-users for effective utilization of the HR system.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably nVision or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of employee data management and HR onboarding processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to manage complex data sets.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with data protection and compliance standards in HR operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
