Tool & Die Maker

Tool & Die Maker – 2nd Shift

A global manufacturer is seeking a 2nd shift Tool and Die Maker to operate and maintain custom production machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance.

Shift Hours:

• 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM

Compensation:

• $36.00 - $44.00 per hour (higher pay based on experience)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of tool and die experience
• Experience with progressive dies a plus
• Proficiency in Mills, Grinders, Lathes, and other Tool Room equipment
• Journeyman card preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments

Responsibilities:

• Build, modify, and repair progressive, blanking, and forming dies
• Perform precision machining and tool adjustments
• Conduct tool tryouts and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with design engineers and support production teams
