Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to support an ongoing integration project within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing complex and diverse projects, with a particular focus on integration initiatives. Key to success in this role will be exceptional organizational abilities, leadership acumen, and superior communication and interpersonal skills. The role demands a proactive problem-solving attitude and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Familiarity with various project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, and a PMP certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the PMO in managing a portfolio of projects and programs.
  • Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor and measure project performance using relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Support the creation of status reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project management practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on integration projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification is an asset.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage varying requirements and schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
