Direct Hire
$27-$30 an hour plus commission
Immediate hire. Will be responsible for calling customers and potential customers with the purpose of selling company products and services. Will be responsible for new customer accounts and expanding current ones using Telesales techniques. Will communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and following up when necessary. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Staying informed about competing products and services. Upselling products and services. Researching and qualifying leads. Closing sales and achieving required sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Must have experience calling on businesses with minimal leads.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of home health business including referral sources preferred, but not required
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
