Job Description:

We are seeking a highly proficient and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our

esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with critical responsibilities that directly impacts our business growth and client satisfaction. As an Account Executive, your focus will be on building and implementing comprehensive account plans, while also harnessing your exceptional sales acumen to achieve revenue targets within your designated account list.

Responsibilities:

Account Planning and Sales Execution:

  • Devise and implement comprehensive account plans to effectively address customer needs and preferences.
  • Skillfully drive sales initiatives, leveraging your in-depth understanding of client requirements and industry dynamics to exceed revenue targets.
Contract Negotiations:
  • Spearhead contract negotiations with utmost professionalism, ensuring favorable outcomes for both our organization and valued clients.
Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a robust and dynamic sales pipeline, meticulously tracking progress and proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
Cultivating Strategic Relationships:
  • Cultivate enduring and strategic relationships with key accounts, fostering mutual growth and enhancing customer loyalty.
Prospecting and Sales Opportunity Generation:
  • Conduct targeted prospecting into identified accounts, effectively unearthing new sales opportunities and expanding our market reach.
Client Meeting Organization:
  • Demonstrate your commitment to excellence by organizing regular client meetings, providing an opportunity to address concerns, enhance satisfaction, and identify additional business prospects.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales-driven role within the industry, preferably 10+ years selling IT services at the Enterprise level.
  • Exceptional track record in developing and executing successful account plans, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in contract negotiations, demonstrating strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly skilled in maintaining an active and well-managed sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
  • Adept at cultivating strategic and enduring relationships with key accounts to foster longterm partnerships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in targeted prospecting and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and industry dynamics, driving continuous improvement and innovative sales strategies.
  • Travel is required, this could range from 25-75% depending on Sales pipeline.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience selling AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and AI/Client projects
