Client Success Specialist
Title: Client Success Specialist
Location: Davenport, Iowa OR Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000
Job Description:
The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining and building relationships with clients. They will serve as a primary point of contact between the client, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. This position will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that client projects are delivered on time. The Client Success Specialist has the responsibility of maintaining client satisfaction with new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service to all Solutions Management Group staff and clients
- Takes lead on new sales and referral requests that come to SMG
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Fields phone calls and inquiries from existing and prospective new clients as needed
- Drives sales through a consultive approach using cold calling techniques
- Oversees sales contracts for optimum client retention
- Develops and manages sales pipeline within company CRM program
- Creates proposals for existing and prospective clients
- Presents company recommendations based on current products and services offered
- Works with the Marketing department to manage the Internal Sales Campaigns
- Builds rapport with clients, identifies areas of opportunity, and highlights best practices
- Completes ordering processing for business ventures
- Generates asset management plans
- Generates sale reports and furnished activity reports Leadership Team as requested
- Maintains confidentiality of all Solutions Management systems and internal records
- Possess strong organizational ability to manage daily workload
- Displays strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in an account management or sales position
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Technology competent
- Experience working for a technology company in a customer support position
- Experience upselling in existing accounts and/or driving net new business
