Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished Systems Engineer specializing in avionics, aircraft systems, and airfield lighting. The Avionics Engineer position entails designing, integrating, testing, and evaluating systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design and Integration: Engineer and design airfield lighting systems and related components to fulfill project requirements and comply with regulations. Ensure smooth integration of systems from various manufacturers.
• Testing and Evaluation: Perform comprehensive testing to confirm system performance and regulatory compliance. Review test results to diagnose and rectify any issues.
• Technical Expertise: Offer expert advice on the latest technologies and system architectures. Keep abreast of innovations in electrical hardware.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed technical documents, including design specifications, test plans, and evaluation reports. Accurately record all engineering activities.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals. Effectively communicate technical details and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience with CAD software for designing and evaluating aircraft systems.
• In-depth knowledge of avionics, aircraft systems, and aerospace technology.
• Proven experience in system integration, testing, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with avionics safety and regulatory standards.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
