Pay: $240,000 - $300,000

Job Description:

As the Director of Engineering, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and

executing the engineering strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the

success of our engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of

leadership in a professional services environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• This person will ensure effective delivery of services to meet or exceed business expectations for the Service Management team, while achieving appropriate balance between quality of outcomes, risks, and the life cycle cost of such services
• Monitors service execution to ensure that services are delivered within agreed upon service levels and that both users and business partners are satisfied
• Proactively monitors and measures service performance and metrics
• Serves as an initial point of escalation for significant incidents that interrupt service availability or diminish performance
• Remove blockers or bottlenecks on the projects.
• Ensure that there is proper documentation for the work being completed
• Ensure that there is reporting in place for operational work where the work is in production (e.g., includes dashboards, SOPs, SLA/SLO/SLIs, metrics agreed upon by the client, run books)
• Ensure that the budget meets the needs and meets the SOW deliverables
• Identify roadmap items to extend consulting opportunities with customer
• Provide monthly and quarterly reviews on progress towards agreed upon goals
• Identify operational opportunities for sales opportunities (e.g., managed services)
