Contract Leave of Absence & Accommodations Case Manager

Location: Remote

Rate:  $20 - $22/hour

Duration:  Long Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Leave of Absence & Accommodations Case Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on managing leave and accommodation cases across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling various leave processes, collaborating with HR and legal teams, and utilizing HR systems to streamline case management. Experience with third-party leave administration platforms is a plus, and proficiency in ServiceNow and Oracle is strongly preferred.

• Oversee and administer leave of absence and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Utilize HR systems such as Oracle and ServiceNow to troubleshoot and process leave and accommodation requests.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on leave and accommodation inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and management teams to ensure accurate and timely case resolution.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records related to leave and accommodations.
• Support HR business partners with the interactive accommodation process.
• Stay up to date with federal, state, and local leave and accommodation laws.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leave administration and accommodations.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle and ServiceNow.
• In-depth knowledge of leave of absence and accommodation laws across federal, state, and local levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
