Salary Target: 120k-260k

Job Description:

The Superintendent ensures jobsite safety, manages field operations, and oversees project execution to maintain quality and schedule adherence. Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing materials and equipment, and preparing schedules and reports. The role also involves staffing, tracking labor and productivity, and maintaining communication with owners and project stakeholders. Additionally, the Superintendent addresses potential issues, supports project planning, and assumes project management duties when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in heavy civil construction, ideally in water or wastewater projects.
• Ability and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Strong understanding of earthwork, concrete systems, metalwork, carpentry, and mechanical installations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and online platforms.

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred.
• Pipeline experience is a plus
