$70k- $90k salary upon conversion

Immediate hire at growing company. Will be responsible for prototyping, assembling, and testing of companies new hardware products according to the Engineering Development timelines. Responsible for providing feedback on new and existing products performance, manufacturability and reliability to ensure new products meet companies highest quality standards. Evaluate design and product challenges and trade-offs and drive decisions that balance multiple inputs against product and company objectives. Provides product feedback and accurate test reports to engineering management to drive engineering product development. Responsible for thorough qualification of company hardware products before launch. Interacts and communicates effectively within the department and cross-functionally to ensure product development is executed in compliance with major objectives and on time. Documents design and test data and contributes to the generation of the overall engineering documentation needed for prototyping and product release.

Requirements:

• BSEE or MSEE in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with emphasis on RF & microwave engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering design experience in the microwave/RF test measurement field.
• 2+ years of expertise in testing of RF and Microwave components.
• Good knowledge of RF and microwave components and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
• Ability to analyze and present results in an organized way
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
