Azure Engineer
We're on the hunt for a dynamic and knowledgeable Azure/D365 Engineer to strengthen our Infrastructure Team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind the management and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and Azure integrations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our systems adhere to the highest industry standards, maintain unwavering availability, and seamlessly support vital business integrations.
We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in environment administration, DevOps practices, and the intricate configurations of the Azure/D365 platform.
What You'll Do:
- Environment Mastery: Deploy, manage, and maintain our Development, Testing, Quality Assurance, and Production environments using Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Data Integrity: Execute environment refreshes and guarantee data consistency across all non-production environments.
- Integration Excellence: Configure and monitor integrations utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other tools, ensuring smooth data flow between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- DevOps Leadership: Develop and manage code deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps, automating build, test, and release processes for custom D365 applications.
- Performance Optimization: Leverage Azure Monitor and Application Insights to track, analyze, and optimize system performance.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve environment and application performance issues, ensuring alignment with D365 best practices.
- Maintenance & Compliance: Oversee updates, hotfixes, and patches via LCS to maintain system stability and compliance.
- Security & Access Control: Implement Azure AD-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and manage audit logs, encryption, and compliance settings across all environments.
- Resource Management: Monitor Azure resource consumption, analyze D365 storage usage, and recommend cost-effective strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support ongoing projects and resolve integration challenges.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for D365 environment and integration-related inquiries.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Who You Are:
- Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing Azure and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Lifecycle Services (LCS) for D365 environment management.
- Have practical expertise in Azure DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD automation, and Git.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions for integrations.
- Understand performance monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Possess knowledge of RBAC, security best practices, and compliance within Azure/D365.
- Familiarity with third-party connectors and ISV integrations for D365 is highly desirable.
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a significant plus.
- Hold a Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) or D365 Fundamentals certification (preferred).
- Proven experience with D365 full Life Cycle implementation is a strong advantage.
