Manage data entry, reporting, and work scheduling using Microsoft Access, Railroad Commission Databases, SAP, Work Manager, and Mobile Data. Coordinate work orders and communicate with construction teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Perform entry, queries, and reporting in Access, Railroad Databases, and Excel.
• System Updates: Update SAP for meter transactions.
• Work Order Coordination: Release, schedule, and assign work orders using Work Manager and Mobile Data.
• Communication: Liaise with Construction Managers, Planners, Engineers, and crews.
• Dispatching: Route and schedule work orders and emergency responses via Mobile Data.
• Permit Management: Obtain and manage COSA and TxDOT permits.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly productivity and daily Mobile Data reports.
• Workload Monitoring: Track and redistribute Gas Troublemen's workload.
• Traffic Control: Order barricades and traffic officers as needed.
• Leak Management: Dispatch crews for leaks and manage emergency responses.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of relevant experience with MicroStation, GIS, Work Manager, Mobile Data, Dig Tess locates, and permitting.
• Valid Class C Texas Driver's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP, regulatory reporting, and a clean driving record.
