Job Description: Sr. Program Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated leader to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and governance of various programs and projects. The ideal candidate will employ Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to create comprehensive plans that outline scope, goals, and timelines, while coordinating both internal resources and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program and project plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee interrelated projects and ensure effective testing and monitoring.
• Use project management tools for tracking and reporting.
• Provide leadership and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress and risks.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring budget adherence and efficient resource allocation.
• Manage vendor relations to ensure compliance and effective problem resolution.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

• 10+ years of proven experience in program/project management with knowledge of various methodologies.
• Strong financial management skills and budget oversight experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and team collaboration.
• Experience in vendor and change management, as well as process improvement.

• Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of industry and emerging trends
