Hybrid: 3 days per week on site

Contract to Hire: 6 - 12 months contract to hire

Pay: $60 - $70.00 p/hr

Overview:

Our prestigious client is seeking an RPA Front Line Manager to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of automation activities, review the work of subordinates, including subcontractors, and ensure that the delivery schedule and performance parameters are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct RPA developers from Jr - Sr level
• Mentor/advise colleagues through the automation software lifecycle
• Establish milestones and monitor progress of plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Contribute to the development and success of automation applications
• Serve as a liaison between the technical and functional teams
• Participate in the CoE Define, Design and Configure project phases to ensure adherence to governance objectives
• Conduct collaboration sessions with various leaders and team members

Qualifications:

• UiPath experience 5+ years
• Worked as a Sr RPA Developer 5+ years
• Experience running a team and training Jr members
• Drive productivity across multiple teams
