Centerville, UT (Onsite Monday - Friday)

6-Month Contract to Hire or Direct Hire Full-Time Position

Salary Range: $90 - $130KYR Depends on Experience, or Education

Civil Design Engineer/Project Manager to work onsite full-time. This role will be focused on land development projects, multi-family projects, retail/commercial projects and site plans for both commercial and residential projects. Ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with customers, and cross-functional teams on project planning.  Will additionally be the company's sole-source for generating conceptual designs, topography plans, utility plans, and overall plat maps.   Your conceptual designs and plat maps will be used at municipal meetings, staff meetings, P&Z meetings through land development.  Work with the company's outside firm to stamp with PE licensure.

Required Skills:

• Civil Engineer (BS Degree is a plus will also consider senior Designer )
• 5+ years of experience in the Civil Engineering space, with a focus on land, Multi-Unit Residential communities, and Retail development.
• Experienced project coordinator, and project management skills
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
• MS Office

• Great interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to work successfully in a deadline-driven environment
