Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of Infor FSM implementation projects. This role involves planning, coordinating teams, managing client relationships, tracking project progress, and addressing risks. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while also supporting clients through the post-implementation phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all stages of Infor FSM implementations, from planning to go-live.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing regular project updates.
- Team Coordination: Lead internal and external teams, assign tasks, and ensure everyone is aligned on goals and deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing backup plans as needed.
- Post-Implementation Support: Assist with training and documentation to ensure clients can use Infor FSM effectively after the project ends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: over 3 years of project management experience, preferably with Infor FSM or ERP systems.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools like Smartsheet.
- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Other: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
