IT Support Specialist / Help Desk - Hardware & Multi-Platform Support
Position Summary
Role: IT End User Support Specialist
Company Size: 140+ employees for case management company. Company has grown from 40-140 in a very short period of time and needs additional IT support.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Type: Temp-to-hire
MUST HAVE's:
-Great Customer Service (patience with older end users)
-Able To Help With Hardware Needs / Asset Management (not looking for password reset, call center folks)
-Strong in O365
(Hiring Manager is not looking for people that are trying to get into cyber security or other areas like that)
-Teachable and wanting to grow and learn...no degree requirements...this is a great opportunity to get some great experience!
Responsibilities:
Hardware Management (60%)
- Configure and deploy laptops and phones.
- Process incoming/outgoing equipment, including shipping to remote staff.
- Track hardware inventory and handle printer maintenance.
- Process warranty returns and maintain organized storage.
Technical Support (40%)
- Troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365.
- Process help desk tickets and support mobile device management.
- Provide assistance to remote and on-site employees.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: 2+ years in IT support.
- Skills: Hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration.
- Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other: Valid driver's license, organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Hardware certifications.
- Fresh Desk or similar ticketing system experience.
- Microsoft certifications.
Work Environment
- Casual and friendly atmosphere.
- Monday-Friday schedule during business hours.

Schedule and Location Requirements
- Schedule: Monday Friday.
- Relocation: Must relocate to Pittsburgh, PA (15205) before starting.
- Commute: Ability to commute to Green Tree office required.
