  • Strong PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel
  • Phone and Customer Service experience
  • Assist with employer outreach efforts via phone and e-mail
  • Track outreach activity
  • Set appointments for conference calls and webinars
  • Run reports in excel and/or access
  • Draft activity summaries in word
  • Assist with presentation development
  • Research employer & participant information
  • Overall project support
  • Help with Data entry
  • Mailing and filing
