Position Summary:

Administrative Assistant provides guests and callers with an exceptional first impression of the company. Build an excellent report with regular guests and callers. Provides Human Resources with administrative and departmental support.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Assisting and routing inbound callers
  • Mail distribution and shipping
  • Resume formatting
  • Manage office supplies
  • Maintain HR secure fax distribution
  • Process Verifications of Employment
  • Process Unemployment Insurance Benefits
  • Maintain office day to day clerical duties

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Customer Service skills required: Ability to interact with all employees, customers, and external representatives
  • Excellent organization/time management skills
  • Ability to resolve issues with employees, clients, and consultants
  • Willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Word
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication, organization, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Staffing company experience a plus
