Title: Client Services Representative
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 3 Months +
Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Futures Client Services require motivated individuals to perform key control functions and liaise with our clients. The responsibilities of our Client Services Representatives include the following:

  • Client Liaison
  • Daily Margin Calls
  • Support and manage client's request regarding resolving statement discrepancies that range from trade discrepancies, commission and fees, interest, margins, brokerage, etc.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and open new accounts.
  • Setting up portal user IDs and assist clients in navigating the portal.
  • Handling both internal and external regulatory requests and compliance queries.
  • Daily & monthly fee reconciliation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Futures Client Service Representative should possess extensive operational knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of exchange fees and GMI. Proven skills in extending professional service to our clients and taking ownership of issues.
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and interpersonal skills to communicate across multiple aspects of the organization at various senior levels is required.
  • Dynamic & proactive team player with the ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong IT skills with Excel ability.
  • Languages would be beneficial but not essential.
  • This position may require travel and working public holidays.
