Job Description

Title:  Contract Support Specialist/Data Entry
Duration: 6+ months
Location:  Princeton, NJ
Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Contract Support responsibilities are to provide assistance to sales with data entry and administrative activities supporting the up-front new sale and renewal management process.  Ensure the timely and accurate processing of contracts post client acceptance of commercial proposal. Improve accuracy in revenue reflected in sales pipeline and forecast through order management and reconciliation.  Manage pro-active communication to Sales Reps to ensure renewal contracts are reviewed and reconciled prior to invoicing.  Assist to trouble shoot all customer queries on invoices and product fulfillment.  Acts as a lesion between sales and OM review team to ensure smooth order processing.

  •  Track status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from quote creation to fulfillment

   

  • Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned.
  • Perform contract data entry into SFDC for company's quote creation of large subscriptions
  •  Generate required contractual documents (SA, MSA, Affiliates Rider etc.) ensuring compliance with company's pricing and legal rules
  • Processes monthly renewals per policy and communication to Sales Team
  • Reconcile Renewal Pricing for Sales subscription review
  • Apply business renewal rules – YoY price adjustments, analytics pricing terms
  • Track status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from quote creation to fulfillment
  • Monitor escalations from OM to sales. Gather response or clarity from sales for prompt completion
  • Assist sales with client resolutions to questions concerning products, billing, account/contract status, change of address, cancellation requests, refund requests, and all pertinent queries
  • Providing the highest level of contract management support to Client's sales
  • 100% adherence to Salesforce.com and adoption of all service procedures that provides client and the business partners with comprehensive and actionable solutions-oriented metrics.
  • Meet or exceed business SLA's and business process requirements through effective prioritization and timely problem resolution.
  • Work across client's organization to resolve any sales contract management issues in a timely manner
  • Document all activities, communication and progress in SFDC
  • Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.

Work Experience:

  • 2 – 4 years of related work experience or related degree.
  • Customer service experience or working in fast paced environment with Sales Organization

 Working Environment & Physical Demands:

  • General fast-paced office environment. 
  • Keyboarding, regular computer use
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Regular strategy meeting attendance required
  • Ability to Multi Task and partner with multiple Subject Matter Experts
