The Database Administrator will perform a variety of tasks including monitoring, performance tuning, architecture as well as support implementation of software and providing support to developers and various users.

• Monitor workload and capacity of production and development databases for web sites, commissions, data warehouse, and reporting.

• Monitor usage of In-memory OLTP tables

• Implement and review access to data

• Review data quality and present

• Remain current with new technologies and suggest adoption when appropriate

• When issues arise, assess problems, find and analyze root cause and present and implement solutions

• Provide 24/7 support for global production systems as part of an on-call rotation

Required Skills:

• 5 years of MS SQL Server Database Administration

• Complete tasks within a fast-paced environment

• Meticulous attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

• Data Warehouse experience
• MS SQL Clustering experience
• Experience with BI systems including Information Builders
