Job Title: Implementaion Specialist/ Customer Service Representative
Duration: 10 Months +
Location: Blacklick, OH
Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience)

We expect you to:

  • Have great customer service skills and to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

    • This is the most important skill you can bring to the table—many of the others you can learn, but this can't be learned in the time we have to train.

  • Be organized, technically inclined, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

    • You must display initiative and willingness to ask questions when needed.
    • Display a sense of ownership over your assigned tasks.

  • Take student data security, privacy and integrity as seriously as you would your own confidential data—think your social security number, bank account information, home address, etc. Student data is protected by law.
  • Be comfortable using a Windows PC and Microsoft Office applications—especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Be willing and able to learn how to set up integrations and troubleshoot common data issues.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for district administrative staff.
  • Identify and escalate significant customer issues or delays to Solution Architects and/or Customer Success Directors as needed.
  • Participate in multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as required by your manager.


These things are nice to have but not required:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Technical Support, and/or a technical field
  • Familiarity with CSV, SFTP and API integration methodologies
  • Understanding of school and district tools including Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, Directory Services and Identify Management
  • Familiarity with SSO protocols including SAML, LTI, and oAuth
  • Familiarity with IMS Global Standards including TCC, LTI, QTI, and Caliper
  • Familiarity with databases
  • Experience using Slack, Jira, and/or Salesforce
