Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Implementation Business Analyst that has been in a SaaS environment. They will assist and lead on implementation and configuration of solutions to deliver product to their client. They will participate in the configuration, development and support of business solutions utilizing technology. They are responsible for gathering requirements, performing analysis/design, configuring, testing, documentation, user training and support with the intent to maintain and improve overall information systems performance. They will gather business requirements and ensure that post-production issues are minimal. They will work on project related items as assigned and will manage many small projects at the same time.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years BA in a SaaS Environment with implementation experience
• Kronos Prefered but SaaS HR, WFR ( Work Force Ready) experience
• Time and Labor implementation experience
• Great customer service as this a is client facing roll
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Multi-task and support across multiple implementations
• Basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Technical and development knowledge of infrastructure components, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications.

Nice to have

• Prior HRP/PrismHR knowledge is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field

  3 to 4 years of experience working as a BA or similar capacity. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
