Duties: Role Summary:
Act as a Junior Project Manager within the client services team of an investment bank. Liaise with business partners and technology to gather and document requirements, propose technology solutions, test, and train end users. Investigate issues and rollout enhancements to existing applications. Manage smaller scale projects.
Major Responsibilities:
Business Analyst -Work with multiple business users to understand their needs and document requirements Collaborate with technology teams to design and document solutions Coordinate tests with various stakeholders Prepare training materials and write procedure documents Assist with enhancement requests and production issues Streamline and improve existing processes
Project Manager -Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and report statuses Monitor and prioritize multiple concurrent projects Meet time sensitive deadlines
Self-starter with ability to operate on own with limited assistance
Skills:2-5 years business analyst experience supporting a project from start to finish Minimum 3 years experience in the investment banking industry preferably in client lifecycle management Exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Proven analytical and problem solving skills Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Advanced Excel Ability to produce both high level and detailed workflow diagrams SQL knowledge and data mining skills a plus Data analysis, data remediation, and data migration experience a plus Fenergo experience a plus
