Lead Technician, NYC, CONTRACT TO HIRE

Our Client is Seeking a Lead Fulfillment Technician for their NYC location.
 
What You'll Be Doing:
• Balancing work stations to ensure that responsibilities are fulfilled by business need over preference.
• Responsible to ensure inventory is physically neat, labeled, easy to access. Assisting inventory manager with stocking inventory.
• Turns depleted inventory off from mail order to ensure that they are meeting customer commitments and turn back on when inventory is received.
• Work closely with the inventory manager to ensure the team has supplies to continuously deliver value to our customers.
• Issues staff work assignments daily.
• Be a point of contact for the entire fulfillment team and escalate the issues to the manager.
• Train new employees at all workstations.
• Routine quality checks of peers
• Lead safety initiatives and escalate any safety concerns.
