Lead HelpDesk Technician

Utah County

Contract to Hire

Contract Rate: $41 - $46/hr

Target Salary: $75-$85k DOE

Our client is looking for a lead helpdesk technician to join their team. In this role you will oversee two other HelpDesk technicians, ensure all systems, hardware, software is supported, track ticket resolutions and drive superior customer service in all tasks.

Required Skills:

  • MS Office 365
  • Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Adobe Cloud
  • Remote User Support
  • Helpdesk ticketing systems
  • 5-6 Week On Call Rotation

Nice to have:

  • Connect Wise experience
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
