Job Description

Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Magna, UT
Duration: Contract, Long-term
Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm 
Pay rate: $22.00-25.00/hr DOE

Job Requirements:
Exhibits and maintains safe work practices while performing all tasks.
Complete on-going preventative maintenance inspections, on a wide variety of fixed industrial operating plant equipment, to identify maintenance requirements.
Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of electrical and mechanical systems based on provided work orders and site documentation..
Familiar with drawings and able to obtain correct drawings from a provided documentation system.
Uses necessary equipment such as meters, communicators, and hand tools to perform daily maintenance activities.
Uses mobile equipment such as man-lifts at the direction of the supervisor.
Modifies, and maintains design paperwork incidental to duties.
Maintains equipment, work areas, tools and accessories in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.

Job Requirements:
High school GED or equivalent
2 years heavy industrial experience in maintenance.
Planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Knowledge of industry regulations, PSM, and MSHA requirements
