Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Admin Assistant for their growing company in Layton. In this role, you will be a crucial addition to the team by managing the accounts payable/receivables, coordinating meetings, onboarding new employees, and managing the office supplies orders as well as necessary hardware orders for various projects. You will be working for a smaller organization that is doing exciting new things in the technology space. An ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience as an Office Manager/Admin and is proficient in QuickBooks.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager/Admin
  • 2+ years of QuickBooks experience
  • Experience with Project Management/Tracking tools
  • Proficient in basic computer knowledge
    • Excel, Gmail, etc.
  • Organized and well-spoken
  • Bachelor's Degree
