Product Marketing Manager
Anaheim, CA
6+ month Contract

Successful candidate will develop marketing plans and product launch plans for a set of company products, working in collaboration with product management, sales, business development, program managers, business leaders, and other key stakeholders. The Product Marketing Manager defines product positioning and messaging that reflects customer/market requirements through research, analysis, evaluation and strategy; develops product marketing content; develops product information and training; and oversees implementation of product marketing plans.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or software engineering
• Minimum of three years product marketing experience
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product marketing plan throughout its lifecycle
• Must have experience promoting and positioning technical products used in both government and civil applications
• Must have experience in utilizing various forms of market research; an ability to understand and anticipate market trends and customer needs
• Strategically plan and successfully implement new product launches on schedule
• Ability to integrate various business initiatives, including marketing, operations and finances
• Experience developing product and marketing strategies
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills in communicating with internal teams and with external messages to customers/market/channels
• Ability to convert technical features into product benefits, using both creative and analytical thinking
• Must have the ability to effectively move from analysis to insight and execution; project management experience desirable
