Job Summary:
This role is someone who is part of the Sales Process once it is determined that it is likely the client will be signing up for the product/services. The company sells products that have a core functionality that have to be customized for each client.

After the sales reps initial introduction and the client is now talking features/functions and sharing budget for the pre-sale, the Program Manager gets engaged. They then gather all the business requirements and deliverables for what customizations will need to be done and relay all those and timelines to the internal software engineers. They then help participate after the client signs up and oversee that the right deliverables, based on expectations, are happening on the implementations.
