Job Description

Title: Program Manager
Location: NYC
Duration: 6+ months

Program Manager Needs:
  • Serena:
    • Takes care of Serena needs (19.07 and 19.10) and whatever coordination/dates/push/nudges needed between DTI. Massive gap in this area which is becoming a huge concern as we head into 19.10.
    • Knows the MPs and PRJ details inside out and doesn't miss whatever layout DTI needs it in to ensure estimation, team mapping, dates etc. are not missed
    • Serena updates across the matrixed stakeholders are well represented
  • Resource Management:
    • Lots of recent resource changes leads to someone actually needing to follow-up. Ensure folks are working well on teams, have what they need, connect the dots between DTI and company.
    • Look at the new resources. Are they being productive? Are they being utilized by DTI working towards deadlines?
    • Look into the details and provide clear and thought through context
  • Conduct Weekly Tactical Status Check (Wed)
    • RAG status of Platform projects with clear blockers, hurdles, open items
    • With follow-up on above to keep momentum going.
    • Details and strategic thinking needs to be applied at this meeting
  • Follow-ups on various Connection points:
    • DTI
    • Tech
    • Content
    • Ed-Ops
    • etc

  • Comfortable with getting into the details and not missing the details
  • Able to think strategically, connect the dots, think through decision today vs. impact tomorrow
  • Organized
  • Good communicator
  • Diplomatic and can make connections with people
